According to the report, the incident took place in Belagavi district of Karnataka where a 25-year-old boy beheaded his father for refusing to play PUBG.
According to the police, the accused boy is named Raghuveer Kumbhar who killed his father Shankar Devappa Kumbhar because they forbade him to play PUBG. Shankar was 61 years old.
According to the report Raghuveer murdered his father by cutting his head and legs. Neighbors reported the murder to the police. According to the police, Raghuveer used to play Pabji game and for this many times, there was a fight between father and son.
On Sunday too, there was a clash between the father and son, since then Raghuveer was angry. At present, the police have taken the accused Raghuveer into custody and the questioning is going on, although this is not the first incident. Earlier too, a boy had killed his brother for refusing to play PUBG.
In Karnataka, a father scolded a 21-year-old unemployed son for playing games on mobile all the time, causing the young man to die so badly that he allegedly killed his father and beheaded him.
Police said on Monday that the incident took place in Kakati village, 15 km from here, at around 4.30 am on Monday. Police said a case has been registered against the youth for murdering his 61-year-old father.
The young man is addicted to playing the ‘Player Unknown Battlegrounds (PUBG)’ game and was angered by his father’s repeated warnings. Police said he locked his mother in a room and attacked the father with a vegetable cutting knife.
